Suhail Diaz is an energy professional with 22 years of experience in oil & gas, energy management, decarbonization, strategic planning, sustainability, and business improvement. Suhail gained rich international experience serving in the Latin America, North Sea & Middle East markets. She has proven experience as a business consultant delivering transformations spanning the entire oil & gas value chain for NOCs, IOCs, and OFSEs. She actively serves the SPE committees as a Northern Emirates as a Chair of the sustainability Gaia subcommitte.
Suhail holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering, MSc in Petroleum Production Engineering, and MBA in Energy Management. She is currently working in Corporate Planning at ADNOC L&S, leading sustainability strategy and roadmaps in shipping & logistics sectors and coordinating decarbonization options, carbon models to assess potential synergies with upstream and downstream sectors, and establish R&D opportunities (e.g., fuel alternative options, CCS, H2, etc).

Imran Shah is a seasoned O&G professional with background in well construction. Having worked in both operator and service provider, Imran has been part of the latest and the greatest changes to this industry. He is a well-known ‘Subject Matter Expert’ of drilling, completions, and intervention.
Imran has been a vocal advocate of integrated offerings where a major win-win scenario exists for customers and operators. From integration, he then became decarbonization strategist as customer engagement lead covering CCUS, hydrogen, geothermal and emissions management. Recently Imran Shah has taken a digital journey and joined Industrial Asset Management organization working to provide customers digital transformation solutions to various industries (O&G, Fertilizers, Power Gen, etc.).
Imran Shah hold a B.Sc (Honors) degree in Petroleum & Gas Engineering from University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore, Pakistan. He is an active member of SPE and serves as board member of SE Northern Emirates Chapter as well as supports SPE Gaia initiatives.

Anna has nine years’ experience with Tendeka and is passionate about the energy transition and is SPE Aberdeen Net Zero Chair. She graduated with MA First Class Honours from the University of Aberdeen and has a Distinction MSc in Oil and Gas Engineering from RGU. Her MSc thesis used the simulator to model flow control devices to maintain CO₂ in liquid form and won the Energy Institute’s best MSc competition.
